Mr. Peters is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Associations and the Delaware County Bar Association.
Experience: Mr. Peters has more than twenty five years of experience as an attorney. His areas of concentration include all types of personal injury litigation, including the fields of motor vehicle, slip and fall, and work-related accidents.
Mr. Peters handles complex civil litigation cases including injuries and monetary damages arising from medical malpractice and other professional negligence, as well as from defective products (products liability cases). Mr. Peters also represents workers injured due to unsafe workplaces or unsafe equipment, and claimants seeking damages from insurance companies for any claim of damages.
